TalkDash is a speaking-practice app. This page is the support destination for the App Store listing and for the Support row in Settings → Privacy.

In the app

• Delete my data: Settings → Privacy → Delete everything. That erases the install on our servers and the recordings we stored for it.
• Export my data: Settings → Privacy → Export my data.
• Microphone: if recording is off, TalkDash can still run a quiet / listen-only path. Turn the microphone on in iOS Settings if you want tapes.

What we can help with

Sign-in trouble (once Apple / Google are live), a recording that did not save, a reminder that did not fire, or a crash after an update.

What we cannot do

We cannot issue an IELTS or other official score. We cannot recover guest progress from a phone that was wiped without an account. We cannot restore audio after you delete everything.
